Job Description

• Content creation for website, multimedia, email, podcast and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to facilitate delivery of relevant, timely news and information that supports the company’s values, goals, and market positioning
• Partner with workforce leaders and team members to capture engaging stories and advance initiatives
• Ensure all services, programs, and assets conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management
• Assist with marketing requests to support industry sponsorships, leader presentations, and more
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional organization to produce campaigns and materials
• Use key metrics to evaluate and assess the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent significant work experience required.
• Three or more years prior experience in creative design, marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
• Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a quality customer service attitude.
• Desire to join a high-functioning, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
