Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Field Marketer to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. As a Field Marketer you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the centralized marketing efforts and the specific needs of local markets, contributing to the overall success of a company's marketing efforts. Responsible for developing the field marketing strategy, including the digital, partner, ABM, and event strategy to drive leads, opportunities, and pipeline.

Accountable for the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets including MQLs across the buying committee at selected accounts. Manage the budget and forecasting outcomes for marketing plans in the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop field marketing strategy
  • Execute and optimize marketing mix
  • Manage budget and forecasting
  • Collaborate with all marketing functions
  • Engage with channel and alliance partners
  • Share insights from customers and prospects
  • Align with business development and sales teams
  • Analyze and report program effectiveness
  • Communicate marketing strategy and messaging to sales personnel
  • Support customer marketing initiatives

Travel for events and sales support

What You Need:

  • 5+ years experience building pipeline generation marketing programs
  • Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, DemandBase experience
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong demand generation, analytical capability, problem-solving skills, event program development and post-event follow up experience.
  • Superior ability to communicate with and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze a situation, define key objectives, and recommend action plans.
  • Organization of budget and investments that maximize ROI.
