About the Position

The Foursquare product marketing team plays a massive role in the go-to-market strategy and helping to grow the business by bringing new products and features to market. This role will have PMM ownership over Foursquare’s analytics and geospatial products that are used by millions of users to create maps, perform complex geospatial analytics, and answer key questions using location data. 

The role reports to the Director of Product Marketing within the Marketing function.

Location: Foursquare has offices in NYC, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, and Seattle. All Foursquare employees have the flexibility to work in the office or from home. Candidates located in cities not listed above will be considered if they are a rockstar and can prove they can effectively work remotely. 

In this role, you’ll

  • Go-to-market feature and product launches: work with cross-functional teams to support and execute product launches, feature updates, and partnership integrations to enterprise clients.
  • Messaging & positioning: work closely with the Director of Product Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and articulates the unique value of our Enterprise products.
  • Market intelligence: partner with the Marketing B2B team to support research on the location data category and competitive landscape to help enable our GTM teams through battlecards, competitive enablement, and more.
  • Customer marketing: craft compelling communications to our customer base that improves our NPS and encourages new sales conversations.
  • Sales enablement: help contribute to the creation of tools and collateral that support the customer journey - from presentations and case studies, to web content and blogs.

What you’ll need

  • Relevant experience in or have a hunger to learn B2B marketing techniques for data products.
  • Are able to market to and deeply understand technical personas - think data scientists, data analysts and developers.
  • Enjoy writing and creating new, compelling content. 
  • Perhaps most importantly, are extremely curious and love to ask thoughtful questions to learn and grow.
  • [Bonus points] knowledge of the location, geospatial, or GIS industry landscape

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards.  Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

 

The annual total cash compensation range is $110,000 - $140,000, however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location. 

 

Salary is just one component of Foursquare’s total compensation package, which includes restricted stock units, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits!
