Klaviyo Email Designer

Our client is a leader in the fitness industry, offering a range of innovative products and services across five distinct business lines. They are seeking a Klaviyo Email Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is critical in designing and executing engaging email campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales across all business lines.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Design and Execution: Design, build, and optimize email campaigns within Klaviyo for all business lines, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

• Template Utilization: Leverage and customize templates to create visually appealing emails that align with brand standards and campaign goals.

• Design Collaboration: Work in tandem with the external agency to understand the campaign's ideation, copy, and segmentation, ensuring designs complement the overall campaign strategy.

• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from campaign performance analytics to continually refine and improve the visual effectiveness of email designs.

• Design Proficiency: Utilize Figma and Photoshop to create compelling graphics and layouts for email campaigns and other digital marketing materials as needed.

• Additional Skills: Experience in website and funnel design, as well as social media marketing, is a plus.

What Success Looks Like:

• Enhanced Customer Engagement: Achieving high open and click-through rates through compelling email designs and content.

• Brand Cohesion: Consistent and on-brand email communications across all business lines.

• Growth in Sales: Contributing to increased sales through effective email marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in email design and building within Klaviyo.

• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in Figma and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of email marketing strategies, with B2C experience, preferably in the fitness industry.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
