Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO and Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimize overall online visibility. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strategic mindset to contribute to the company's growth through various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance website performance.

• Content Optimization:

• Create and implement content strategies to enhance user engagement and drive organic growth.

• Technical SEO:

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.

• Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, and mobile optimization.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Provide weekly reports on SEO performance, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.

• Growth Strategy:

• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention to contribute to overall business growth.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure alignment of SEO & growth strategies with overall business goals.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in the SEO and digital marketing space.

• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new trends for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and growth best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO and growth tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to overall business growth.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
