Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing

As the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, you will lead the transformation of the way we bring our brand to life across all consumer touchpoints and lead go-to-market launches. You will innovate within our current brand channels, with an emphasis on social and brand partnerships, in how we present our brands. You will serve as the leader in helping to establish the brand as a key strategy to help deliver upon our long-term growth goals. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all those who suffer from chronic conditions.

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do everyday

  • Lead brand strategy and brand architecture work for Thirty Madison’s consumer-facing brands, including Keeps and Nurx, finding the right balance between strong business performance and brand equity
  • Own strategy and execution for top-of-funnel brand awareness campaigns to help drive brand discovery for prospective patients
  • Build and deliver the organic marketing strategy for our in-marketing brands, partnering closely with the growth team to ensure continuity and clarity on the patient journey
  • Leader on all GTM strategies; you will ensure the success of all new product launches, including driving insights-driven 360 launch plans, messaging strategies, process work, and more
  • Uplevel the social presence for Thirty Madison’s consumer-facing brands by defining an innovative social media and community-building strategy
  • Lead and coordinate content development for key patient touchpoints to ensure one voice and one vision
  • Ensure a consistent message and brand voice is delivered across all marketing channels, including performance, to defend a strong, differentiated brand presence in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Keep current on top of industry trends, cultural dynamics, and digital innovation; drive internal advocacy for new and innovative approaches
  • With the help of the VP of Marketing, establish how we measure brand performance and highlight the impact it can drive on the business
  • Manage and coach a talented cross-functional team of integrated marketing managers, social media managers, and more

What you bring to the role

  • 7+ years of experience in brand-side marketing or brand management
  • You are a brand-first marketing champion and creative professional who can push and advocate for brand thinking; you have a passion for brand storytelling and a foundational marketing skill set
  • Ability to rally a diverse cross-functional team around a common vision
  • Highly collaborative and equal parts strategic and tactical, creative and analytical
  • Creative thinker with an exceptional track record of developing holistic marketing strategies and plans that have consistently met or exceeded planned results
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic vision of the organization by aligning brand strategy with broader business goals and objectives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience translating data into insights and ideas into briefs
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and ensuring the integration of patient insights into various business functions
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Experience and capability to mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketers, while also driving forward workstreams on your own
  • Ability to foster a culture of positive intent, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team
