About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid search to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient leads and starts across our therapy and psychiatry verticals with the potential to expand scope beyond paid search. The role requires a collaborative, data-driven self-starter who is a subject matter expert in paid search and is motivated by Rula's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive lead generation and patient starts in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and optimization to maximize campaign performance.

  • Manage PPC budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum growth within CAC guardrails.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search. Committed to being a lifelong learner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing and business objectives. Potential to expand scope beyond paid search.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance and KPIs.

  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to improve results and drive continuous improvement. Experimentation mindset is your core value.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years in paid search

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience managing SEM campaigns

  • Experience with analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs

  • Experience devising and executing paid search tests

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other paid digital channels, such as paid social, display/video, CTV, etc, or ad ops

  • Experience in health or mental health spaces

  • Experience with creative briefing

  • Planning and forecasting experience

  • Experience working on lean in-house or hybrid team with limited agency support
