VP of Marketing - Product and Growth

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking VP of Marketing - Product and Growth to join our growing team of highly experienced entrepreneurs and automation experts. We're looking to add passionate individuals to our team as we embark on a journey to build a game-changing company, and take it public.

The Wrk Platform is infinitely simplifying automation. We’re building a world where any process can be replicated by combining human skill sets and bots into pre-configured units of work that we call ‘Wrk Actions’. These Wrk Actions are the building blocks for processes big and small — automating the delivery of tasks from the very simple, like merging spreadsheets, to the very complex, like executing, analyzing, and escalating customer service phone calls.

What you’ll do:

The VP of Marketing - Product and Growth will be responsible for developing and enforcing strategies to drive growth, increase client acquisition, and improve client retention for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful growth strategies and demand generation programs specifically in a Product Led Growth Organization. The successful candidate will be a self- starter, a creative problem solver, and a team player.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Manage and mentor a small but mighty Marketing team
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and apply demand generation programs
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and maintain metrics for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation within a Product-Led Growth framework
  • Develop and manage budgets for growth and demand generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing and product teams to insure alignment and support for growth initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on growth and demand generation performance to executive leadership
Nice to haves, but not required (please don’t let this hold you back from applying):
  • 5-8 years of experience in growth and/or demand generation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth and demand generation strategies
  • Experience implementing PLG best practices and driving product adoption
  • Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and demand generation
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced, results- oriented environment

  6. Project - We will give you have an assignment to work on to present back at a later date
  7. Present your project to our Founder and CEO - 30 min - 1 hour video call
