The Role

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team, specifically focused on supporting our growth in the APAC region. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of growth marketing strategies and demonstrate a strong passion for scaling marketing pipelines.

This role requires a comprehensive 360-degree view and understanding of marketing, encompassing various channels and methodologies to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.

• Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated with marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into marketing plans.

• Contribute to the growth of the marketing pipeline through innovative and effective marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with external partners and agencies to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

What you already have

• Approximately 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.

• Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent project management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a remote work environment.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a diverse team.

• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

• Effective project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

• A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
