Hello, Marketing and Sales Assistants!

My name is Cam and I am the CEO at Opes Growth. We are a marketing growth agency in the Recruitment space. We are bringing a fresh way to build client acquisition systems that generate a consistent pipeline for our clients using cold email and a remarketing ecosystem we developed.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in marketing assistance, sales, and B2B Marketing. As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies, contributing to our sales growth, and leveraging your recruitment industry insights to enhance our outreach efforts. Your proficiency in inbox management, email campaigns, and CRM systems will be essential in driving our brand visibility and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role is a full-time position.

Salary: $2,000 - $4,000 / month.

Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm UK time (flexible).


  • Demonstrates excellent English communication skills.
  • Possesses a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Marketing and Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Holds at least 1 year of experience in sales (ex. setter, closer, outreach, upselling, etc)
  • Holds at least 1 year of experience working in the recruitment industry (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Has experience with email management.
  • Has experience in social media management.
  • Knowledgeable in using CRMs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Huspot, and Smartlead).
  • Has experience with pipeline management or SDR (preferred).

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing client campaign inboxes (3-4 inboxes)
  • Managing client & internal CRM systems
  • Help build out marketing ecosystems for clients:
    • Setting up and launching campaigns.
    • Brainstorming campaign ideas
  • Managing a social media posting schedule for internal social media channels
  • Ideation of content for the blog, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Finding and scraping leads for client campaigns based on our process and our client’s target avatar.
