As our first Product Marketing Manager, you're not just filling a position; you're carving a path. You'll be the driving force behind our product's growth and the key player in making our market presence impossible to miss.

1. Market Insight:

   • Immerse yourself in market research, uncovering insights about our target customers and staying ahead of industry trends.

   • Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies that position us a step ahead.

2. Strategic Messaging:

   • Develop messaging that not only resonates with our audience but also sets us apart in the AI space.

   • Craft product positioning that speaks to the heart of the market's needs and our unique solutions.

3. Dynamic Go-to-Market:

   • Lead go-to-market strategies with the agility and creativity characteristic of successful startups.

   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are impactful and seamless.

4. Campaign Leadership:

   • Design and execute marketing campaigns that are as dynamic and innovative as our products.

   • Analyze campaign performance, adapting strategies in real-time to optimize results.

5. Empower Sales:

   • Arm the sales team with insights, tools, and materials that drive home our value proposition.

   • Be the bridge that ensures our product story is compellingly conveyed in every sale.

6. Content Creation:

   • Oversee the development of content that educates, engages, and excites, from web copy to video scripts.

   • Ensure consistency and impact in our product narrative across all channels.

7. Voice of the Customer:

   • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and evolve our product offerings.

   • Be the conduit for customer insights to inform product and marketing strategy.

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a tech startup.

• A marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at shifting gears quickly.

• A natural at understanding complex tech products and turning features into compelling stories.

• A knack for marketing principles and managing products.

• Top-tier communication, presentation, and data-crunching skills.

• A collaborative spirit.

• Experience marketing AI products.

• Familiarity with the latest AI trends and tools.
