The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager to oversee product marketing activities for our Community Safety vertical and additional PMM activities across verticals including in-app messaging, customer lifecycle adoption campaigns, and case study creation. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance public safety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of Flock Safety's full suite of public safety technology products in the Community Safety sector. You will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to effectively promote our products to HOAs, improvement districts, property managers, apartment complexes, builders/developers, and community institutions. By establishing strong market positioning and implementing impactful marketing campaigns, you will contribute to expanding Flock Safety's presence across the country.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Create and maintain foundational buyer/user personas, product positioning, and messaging for the community safety vertical
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product features and updates that drive engagement and adoption for the community safety vertical
  • Create and manage adoption campaigns for product features to drive usage within the community safety vertical post-launch
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets, product and solutions web pages, and product-based nurture programs for the community safety vertical
  • Conduct customer and market analyses to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Lifecycle Marketing to promote new and existing products to customers to increase adoption and upsell across verticals
  • Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams ensuring they have the information needed to capitalize on the release

We’re looking for people who:

  • 3+ years of product marketing or product management in high-growth technology companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required!
  • Ability to create, organize, and maintain documentation and enablement collateral
    Proven track record of executing successful product or campaign launches
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Demand Gen., Revenue, Product, and Ops
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
