In our digital marketing department, we've assembled a team of 15 seasoned professionals who are dedicated to delivering tangible results for our clients. Our team boasts a diverse skill set, including project managers, advertising strategists, SEO and analytics experts, and creative minds such as designers and content creators. They thrive on taking on exciting projects for some of the most prominent names in Slovenia and beyond. Our impressive client roster includes industry leaders like Donat, Inotherm, Lesnina (XXXLutz), Elan Yachts, Iglu Sport, Inpos, Nomago and more. Core Responsibilities:

• Formulate and lead the execution of comprehensive SEO strategies across a range of owned assets and platforms.

• Conduct high-level SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities, and implement recommendations to optimize website architecture, performance, and content.

• Analyze and report on organic search performance metrics, using data to continuously refine strategies.

• Guide content creation and website development with SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Design, Social Media, and Development to ensure SEO strategy is integrated across channels.

• Train and mentor junior SEO team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing industry trends, technologies, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Fundamental Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SEO experience, with a demonstrated track record of increasing organic search traffic in competitive markets.

• Proficiency with advanced SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO such as website architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt best practices, crawl budget, canonicalization, Schema.org, etc.

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics platforms.

• Experience with international SEO and managing multilingual websites.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strategic approach.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Great communication skills for working with an internal team of experts from different departments and presenting final analysis to clients.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Adhering agreed deadlines and capable of defining priorities.

• Sales oriented.
