Social & Video Content Creator (Manager)

Heaven Media is a marketing agency which delivers video game marketing campaigns globally. We operate solely within the gaming, esports and tech industry with specialist knowledge and experience within this market. Our core services are data & strategy, events, influencers, social media, creative services, and public relations.

As a Social & Video Content Creator (Manager), you will be a key part of the social media team tasked with effective social media duties on client accounts. You will have a core focus on creating effective video content across a variety of platforms (e.g. TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts) in addition to static social content (X, FB, IG, etc.). The main indicator of your success in this position will be the effective output of social media content on schedule, as well as developing a sound social media strategy which is authentic and engaging to its audience and, above all else, drives meaningful business results for our clients.

We're looking for someone who's created strong social content previously, is a few years into their career and can show us some outstanding results from their past work, with a focus on social video content but also wider social content.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the creation and output of social media content across client accounts, which is authentic and engaging
Responsible for the creation of effective content for gaming & tech audiences
Manage the delivery of social media strategies across our clients on multiple platforms in both video and static formats

Responsible for consistent growth, innovation, and creativity across your social accounts

Responsible for content creation within our clients that require reactive social video content across all major platforms

Delivery of all aspects of social media planning for your clients, including ideation, scheduling & strategy

Supporting with client reporting

Support social aspects of business development ideation and creation

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstratable 3+ years of experience in social content creation, with examples of your work
Exceptional video content creation skills & experience creating short-form video content for social channels

Experience in creating wider static content across social channels

Strong understanding of the social media landscape, culture, current trends, and platform
Experience in and a great understanding of key social platforms such as X, TikTok & IG.

Experience with general social media content creation and its processes (eg. scheduling tools)

Strong understanding and demonstratable passion for video gaming/tech

Ideally, a good understanding of further social platforms, inclusive of Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitch and YouTube is a plus.

Must be able to travel internationally and hold a current passport (UK / EU)
