We are seeking a new Head of Content & Communications. This person will report to the CMO and be responsible for the Quantcast content strategy and delivery. Specifically, the Head of Content & Communications will drive Quantcast differentiation and value into the market by developing and activating strategic themes/ campaigns and priority content for integrated channels. As a member of and in partnership with the Marketing Leadership team, you will set the global strategy for strategic marketing campaigns, content development, and delivery. You will facilitate execution in collaboration with regional field marketing leaders, inclusive of identifying content needs and channel prioritization - both internal and external.   • Collaborates closely with product marketing, field marketing, and sales/ commercial teams to determine priorities.
  • Responsible for activating campaigns around Quantcast differentiation and value based on brand identity work and product priorities.
  • Develops holistic cross-channel content strategy, leveraging core positioning, messaging, and materials to plan content development/activation.
  • Crafts campaign messaging that reinforces Quantcast’s differentiation and communicates value proposition in a relatable, concrete manner.
  • Collaborates to develop and lead identification of content format, function, and adaptation for regional needs whether for events, brand campaigns, tent poles, thought leadership, or product announcements.
  • Strong creative writing ability, and experience with storytelling with customer stories and data.
  • Able to write thought leadership content pieces for use in press/PR, blog, speeches, and other external-facing purposes.
  • Cross-functionally lead and collaborate with internal and external resources across content, PR, digital marketing, sales enablement, and creative services.
  • Leads and orchestrates the execution of integrated campaigns with regional adaptation.
  • Manages and measures cross-channel editorial calendar inclusive of social media, web, and outbound.
  • Manages US PR agency to secure media coverage, and dotted-line oversees global PR agencies.


  • 6+ years digital marketing experience in Media / Advertising Technology industry
  • 8-10+ years in content development and content marketing leadership
  • Strong creative writing ability, experience with storytelling with customer stories and data
  • Able to write thought leadership content pieces for use in press/PR, blog, speeches, and other external-facing purposes
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional writer - able to craft key messages and narratives that combine technical nuance with customer value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to uncover and develop stories, including data-centric storytelling.
  • Understands brand including identity, tone, and style and can act as brand steward across content development.
  • Has developed and led market launches including campaigns and products.
  • Good experience in PR and understands how to manage and optimize work with PR firm.
  • Understands and can lead strategy of marketing automation and social media.
  • Understands the importance of internal communications and sales enablement and weaves this into their strategy.
  • Strategic executor - can lead full-year strategy development and follow-through.
  • Ability to craft a strategy inclusive of budgeting, timing, and resource management.
  • Expert/ experience in digital media advertising, big data, and tech with a strong understanding of the full ecosystem.
  • Scrappy, creative problem-solver.

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast operates in a hybrid work model. This model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.
