Our synthetic data platform solves the data bottleneck problem for developers, data scientists, and AI/ML researchers across multiple modalities including tabular, time-series, relational, language, and image. We're looking for a talented full-funnel Growth Marketing leader to join our mission!
The Impact You’ll Have
As Gretel’s first full-funnel Growth Marketer, you’ll use a data-driven approach to optimize our channel performance and drive growth for a leading start-up in the synthetic data industry. In partnership with product marketing and by building strong feedback loops between sales, customer success, and product teams, you will…
Own and manage integrated lead generation campaign planning to execution, optimization, and reporting/insights (end-to-end)
Setup & drive inbound lead generation, including landing pages & forms, gated content, marketing to sales lead management & marketing operations, and lifecycle marketing email nurtures
Identify, optimize & report on marketing channels to build pipeline and product usage, including but not limited to website (SEO), paid media (SEM, display & social) & sponsorships, email automation, webinars, and in-person events
Collaborate with sales and product marketing on in-person field events and webinars, including lead generation marketing operations pre, during, and post event
Manage campaign budgets, obsess over metrics and dive into analytics to measure and inform marketing programs, campaigns, experiments, and decisions
Ideate, plan, and collaborate with other marketers and SMEs to create technical and thought-leadership content to achieve our growth, retention, and revenue goals
Align with product management on paid promotions for product releases and product usage
Requirements
6+ years experience in a full-funnel growth marketing role, marketing to developer and/or technical communities, ideally with a SaaS B2B product
Expert knowledge of performance marketing tech stacks that include Google Suite (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce, and Webflow
Experience adjusting the channel mix and content for different markets and audiences; experience managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns concurrently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience editing website journeys to improve the user experience; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Lead scoring experience

Compensation
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
