Scope:
  • Content Strategy: You'll define our content roadmap, deciding the 'what', 'where', 'when', and 'how' of our content. You'll manage a wide array of content types, each with the goal of driving value, building trust, and gradually impacting our lead generation.

 

  • Content Execution: You'll manage our content production, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a steady stream of high-quality content. Your goal will be to build a prolific content factory that reaches and engages with the e-commerce community.

 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll be the touchpoint for how we communicate across our sales, marketing, and product teams. You'll guide us on how to talk about our features, our value proposition, and how to make every word count.

 

The job is made for you if...

A. You are a creative storyteller: You excel at turning complex data into compelling narratives, creating content that engages, educates, and inspires. Previous experience in eCommerce or a data-driven industry would be a bonus.

 

B. You have proven marketing experience: You have a track record of creating and executing content strategies that drive growth. Your understanding of SEO, social media, and other digital marketing channels helps you decide where and when to share your content for maximum impact.

 

C. You're a team player: You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between the product, sales, and marketing departments. Your collaboration skills enable you to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

 

D. You're an owner at heart: You have a strong sense of ownership and are proactive in your work. You take responsibility for your projects from inception to completion, always striving for excellence and the best possible outcomes. You aren't afraid to dive into new challenges and have the resilience to persist in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Our Hiring Process 📝


We follow a structured hiring process to ensure fairness and transparency. Our process may vary depending on the role, but this is what you can expect after you apply:

 

1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.

2. Technical Fit (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.

3. Technical Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.

4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
