To help Booksy capitalize on the massive opportunities ahead, we are currently looking for US Growth Marketing Director!

Context on the role

  • Booksy has #1 position in each of its major markets, with the US being its largest and fastest growing. The Marketing team will play a strategic role in our global and local growth strategies, both for our Service Providers to get started with Booksy and ultimately reach their business goals as well as for the end-customers to discover and easily book services in their area.
  • As the US Growth Marketing Director, you will lead the focus on further accelerating Service Provider growth.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Manage country specific marketing efforts (Ambassador/Influencer marketing, Community, Events, Owned Social Media, Public Relations and Trade Marketing).
  • Manage the inside sales teams as we look to improve the conversion of inbound prospects to paying customers.
  • Explore a wide variety of TBD innovative growth opportunities as we look to accelerate Service Provider subscription volume).
  • Support ongoing product marketing efforts designed to share provider best practices and drive engagement with provider marketing tools.
  • Lead provider UGC sourcing efforts.

Who you are

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in B2B marketing (targeting very small businesses and small businesses), ideally including some experience working in a fast-growth SAAS environment. Experience navigating a marketplace business model is a plus.
  • Comfortable navigating emerging marketing channels and a track record or delivering innovative, outside the box growth solutions.
  • Comfortable developing innovative product centric recommendations designed to spark growth.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth global environment.
  • Agile, data driven (test, learn, iterate) operating mindset.
  • Ability to think strategically through understanding multiple areas of marketing and connecting them into a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in partnership with other commercial functions.
  • Ability to exercise business judgment to focus on initiatives with the highest impact.
  • Proactive and pragmatic operating mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to adjust the style and messages to various audiences and to work across many functions.
