As we are rapidly conquering Europe, we’re looking for a full time Growth Hacker to further accelerate our expansion within Europe. Someone with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in managing growth, knows better than anyone where our opportunities for optimization lie, and will make the right tweaks to help us continue to reach our goals. In this role, you’ll have a high-impact role within a fast-growing company, shaping and optimizing the marketing mix. As a Growth Hacker, you’ll be responsible for growth and conversion across the entire funnel.
Together with your colleagues of the Product Team and Growth Team, you’ll set up small-scale experiments, analyze data to gain insights, and optimize, change, or scale up the experiment. You’ll be involved in making marketing processes more structured, data-driven and efficient in order to optimize impact. As a Growth Hacker, you’re always up to date with the latest developments in the field of conversion optimization and User Experience, you inspire colleagues, bring in fresh ideas, and you take on the project management of important initiatives. You’ll get the unique opportunity to play a key role in our international expansion and driving Goboony's growth.
Your key responsibilities on a daily basis:
Taking responsibility for planning and executing experiments throughout the funnel.
Sparring with our Growth Hackers on a daily basis in order to pursue the best possible results across the board.
Setting up experiments, personalisation and probably the most important goal: optimizing the conversation rate.
Getting the right data in the right place quickly.
Formulating hypotheses, setting priorities and testing innovative growth strategies.
Involving team members in your choices and especially triggering them by big challenges.
Acquiring and retaining customers by using creative and low-cost strategies.
You have a demonstrable experience with optimizing funnels, referral programmes and retention phases. You know your way around terms like A/B testing, experiment design, and personalisation.
You enjoy being responsible for setting up an effective lead follow-up.
You quickly understand and see through what data is still missing to set up your test perfectly.
You are the best at analyzing and testing data to see what works: you make the best and smartest choices based on data and reports.
You love to involve team members in your choices and you’re especially triggered by big challenges.
You master both the Dutch and English language (written and spoken).
