What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist who will maintain day-to-day Sales team activities and assist with optimization projects. We are looking for a structured thinker with a process-driven mindset who understands the importance of process adherence and strives for efficiency. As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll work directly with Sales Reps and other Operational Team Members to identify, advocate for, and action opportunities for improvements in executing world-class campaigns for creators and brands. You will also be joining one of Canada’s fastest-growing start-up companies!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage & maintain our CRM by staying on top of current client records, so our internal teams have full visibility into our business
  • Master our Sales Processes, and help to create and maintain up-to-date process documentation for the sales team
  • Monitor and maintain automations and help to resolve errors
  • Responsible for ad-hoc support for sales team & operational requests like creating discount codes, placing client orders, CRM support, & troubleshooting
  • Setup and maintain Product listings on our website, and draft manufacturing orders for successful Campaigns
  • Identify and advocate for actionable improvements through data-supported opportunities

What You Bring

  • Analytical and structured thinker by nature, with great pattern recognition skills
  • An understanding of CRM, ecommerce, and database software (nice to have)
  • An understanding of building basic automations (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with low or no-code automation platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have)
  • An interest in the content creation space (you love social media personalities!)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you take ownership of your work and view it as more than a job
  • Extraordinary listening, communication, and organizational skills
