Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the team in the role of Performance Marketing Specialist. If you thrive in the B2B realm, particularly within SaaS and Service industries, and possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

1. Campaign Setup and Management:

• Implement and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns based on briefings.

• Conduct research to identify effective keywords and target audience segments.

• Setup tracking codes and utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance.

• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights and optimization recommendations.

• Design and develop landing pages focused on high conversion rates.

• Oversee campaign budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal ROI.

• Conduct audits of existing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns as part of initial client engagements to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate strategic briefings into actionable and effective campaign strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, tracking, and reporting with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for collaboration in a remote setting.
• Industry Focus: Specialization in B2B, with a preference for experience in SaaS and Service industries.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English, with professional experience in English-speaking countries (Europe, USA, Australia).

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
