We are seeking a fractional contractor Sr. Growth Marketing Manager. For this contract you will play a pivotal role in driving direct-to-consumer growth on Jasper’s Cancer Companion platform. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful direct-to-consumer growth strategies, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.

Role and Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain users through paid digital channels, including but not limited to Meta and Google Ads.
  • Create and optimize targeted campaigns to drive user enrollment and conversion.
  • Ability to fine tune all facets of a paid media campaign to optimize CAC
  • Understanding of what messaging and campaign tactics convert the senior demographic with a background in leadgen selling DTC senior products a plus (PERS, Medicare, DME).

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and identify areas for growth.
  • Measure, track and optimize key KPIs such as cost per metrics (CPL, CAC etc.)
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Identify and define target audiences to ensure precision targeting for campaigns.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages for maximum impact.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI and CAC.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to define and execute full funnel conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Implement new and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving direct-to-consumer growth and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude and other A/B Testing Tools
  • Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is a plus. (chronic condition management or oncology)

Contract Terms

  • Duration:3-4 months, with potential of turning into FTE if stellar performance and growth milestones are met
  • Location: Remote
