Strategic Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across Marketing and Data teams to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
Data Modeling Excellence: Craft and refine sophisticated data models in SQL to bolster our marketing efforts with solid data foundations.
Dashboard Development: Innovate and enhance dashboards and reports (e.g., ROAS Prediction, Creative Performance) to provide clear, actionable insights.
Statistical Modeling: Experience predicting LTV and using statistical methods to model financial outcomes.
Marketing Strategy Analytics: Spearhead analyses on key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and Net Profit, driving strategic decisions to achieve marketing excellence.
Performance Optimization: Monitor marketing metrics diligently, suggesting and implementing strategies to enhance campaign performance proactively.
Insightful Analysis: Dive deep into data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that propel our customer acquisition strategy forward.
Collaborative Feedback: Engage in constructive feedback exchanges with peers and leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Educational Foundation: A degree in Math, Data Science, Economics, or another analytical discipline.
Professional Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and customer experience.
Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of deriving insights from complex datasets.
Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions that support the company's objectives.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc.). Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and a background in subscription-based businesses.
Communication Skills: Excellent English spoken and written.
Experience with Python, R, git, code review processes, and orchestration frameworks like Airflow.
