CRM Specialist

About the role

As a CRM Specialist at YSI, you will have a varied role responsible for introducing, developing, and optimising our automated CRM activity for the US market. You will be expected to design and implement customer promotions that enhance our customer user experience, engagement and commercial KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CRM team to manage, create and execute multi-channel campaigns across our CRM tool.
• Build html emails, push notifications and in app messages.
• Execute A/B testing across several campaigns.
• Define target audiences and campaigns via our CRM and marketing tools.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials (copy and image assets) for our campaigns.
• Conduct post campaign reporting.
• Work with several data streams for segmentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Experience with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Optimove or Fasttrack).
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and HTML/CSS coding.
• Email coding (responsive design).
• Email deliverability and IP reputation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Problem-solving with a “can do” attitude.
