About the Role:

As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Madison Logic, you'll play a critical role in nurturing customer relationships and increasing the adoption of our solutions. This position is at the forefront of developing and refining our email marketing strategies and ensuring our brand consistently connects with all customer segments. Your role will combine creative and analytical skills, focusing on digital marketing tactics to drive awareness and consideration across our enterprise clients.


  • Customer Engagement Strategy: Lead the creation and management of an overarching customer engagement strategy, utilizing a blend of email, paid, and organic channels to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage the adoption of our solutions.
  • Email Nurture Program Design and Execution: Assume responsibility for designing and implementing targeted email nurture programs. This involves planning campaigns, creating content, segmenting audiences, scheduling, routing, and ongoing analysis to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Event Creation & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to meticulously plan and execute various virtual and in-person events, including webinars, customer roundtables, advisory board meetings, and an annual customer conference. Ensure these events are seamlessly woven into our overall marketing strategy, complementing and enhancing our customer engagement programs.
  • Targeted Program Execution: Focus on executing targeted marketing programs aimed at specific customer segments to drive product adoption and expansion. While experience in ABM is beneficial, the primary goal is to create and manage campaigns that resonate with our audience and meet specific business objectives.
  • Performance Assessment: Regularly measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies across all channels. Utilize KPIs to gauge customer engagement and adoption success, and adjust tactics as needed to reach business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or Demand Generation, strongly emphasizing email marketing and digital strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven ability in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns and targeted marketing programs.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing an email nurture strategy, LinkedIn Ads, and digital advertising campaigns are a plus.
  • Experience in building or executing customer advisory board programs is a plus.

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
