We’re growing and we are looking to add a Customer Marketing Manager to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Customer Experience team, which is part of the Customer Success department.

The Customer Marketing Manager develops strategies and customer programs that drive adoption, loyalty, upsell, and advocacy opportunities within the customer base.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Success team! As a Customer Marketing Manager , your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. If you love helping people and are customer-centric, this might be for you!

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person in the US or Canada (except Québec).

In the Customer Marketing Manager role, you will:

  • Strategize. You will be responsible for creating a customer program strategy to support our adoption, expansion and retention goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to include targeted marketing, events and initiatives that drive customer upsell, expansion and retention on our strategy,
  • Manage and create content. You will manage and create content such as our customer newsletter, email nurtures, in-app messaging, social, and webinar series including determining target audience for customer programs to support product releases and new offerings, customer onboarding, adoption and upsell campaigns, and advocacy programs.
  • Report. You will be responsible for providing reporting and insights on customer programs and effectiveness of tactics such as email, in-app messaging, webinars and social campaigns.
  • Analyze data. You willuse data-driven insights to identify customer behavior, preferences and needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Create campaigns. You will create customer programs/campaigns based on customer insights, such as "behavior-based" triggers.
  • Be a Jungle Scout Ambassador. You will Influence and energize customers to take actions that increase the value Jungle Scout is bringing.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Customer Marketer. This isn't your first rodeo! You are an experienced B2B SaaS customer marketer with at least 3+ years of experience. You have leveraged marketing and customer success tools like Marketo, Pendo, ChurnZero, Gainsight, and Salesforce to build out engaging programs that drive adoption and expand usage.
  • Strategic thinker. You're not just caught up in the daily grind—you're the kind of thinker who sees the bigger picture. Whether it's hitting revenue goals or sparking growth, you've got a strategic mindset. You have a hands-on approach, creating impactful content and communications that seamlessly fit into customer programs, making for a better overall experience.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator. Your exceptional communication skills shine as you craft engaging content that resonates with our customers, whether through writing or in front of an audience. In a highly collaborative team environment, your deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, and ability to get things done make you able to influence both internal and external stakeholders across the organization, creating meaningful connections.
  • Customer Focus: Putting our customers first is at the core of everything we do. You possess deep customer empathy and understand the importance of delivering an exceptional programmatic experience to our users. Your dedication to meeting their needs and surpassing their expectations drives our commitment to excellence.
  • Multiplier: You empower others through opportunities that increase visibility, responsibility, and decision-making. Your excellent coaching and mentoring skills encourage open guidance and feedback. You prioritize continuous self-improvement, and instill the same value in your team through coaching, clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness to feedback.
