• Manage and scale Mindbloom’s paid social channels to achieve growth objectives while maintaining CAC targets.

• Run continuous experiments in the channel to develop learnings that drive performance and channel strategy.

• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to produce best-in-class paid social assets.

• Analyze channel KPIs (e.g. CPA, CTR, CPMs, ROAS, LTV) and provide regular reporting and forecasting to team leadership.

• Experience: 3-4+ years of performance marketing experience in a high-growth, DTC environment (in-house or agency) managing paid social campaigns that delivered rapid channel growth.

• Inquisitive: You are curious to learn and develop experiments that drive performance marketing efficiencies. You have a pulse on trends and are eager to share new insights and ideas.

• Performance Creative Master: You leverage data and learnings to inform the performance creative testing approach. You understand channel best practices and are comfortable providing guidelines and feedback to designers.
