Calabrio is seeking a highly-motivated and data-driven digital marketing manager to help drive acquisition initiatives for both customers and channel partners. This individual will play a key role in managing performance marketing channels (SEM, display, paid social) as well as channel marketingprograms  and will work closely with a 3rd party advertising agency on campaign execution. You will also own the website, inicluding all lead-form development, creative oversight, content, testing and optimization.


This role will report into the Director of Revenue Marketing and manage the Website/SEO manager & Website Designer.


Responsibilities 

  • Use data and analytics to understand the target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns to achieve pipeline targets
  • Oversee both direct and partner marketing strategy planning and execution across a broad partner ecosystem
  • Create a quarterly campaign calendar to target new and existing market segments
  • Define and test new lead acquisition strategies across multiple marketing channels —  email, social media, paid acquisition, content syndication, etc. — and deliver against quarterly MQL, SQL, and pipeline goals.
  • Manage creative and content for the website, including all testing and optimization for lead generation
  • Partner with sales to monitor lead flow, review opportunities, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Test and optimize paid search and social channels for new customer acquisition/ROI, including Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, and outside agencies
  • Collaborate closely with Design to analyze and ensure continuous improvement of website performance (conversion rates, bounce rates, lead flows, search ranking etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, specifically with a SaaS-based or cloud-based technology company
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns, measuring direct impact against  KPIs, and hitting growth and pipeline targets.
  • Expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement as well as channel marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing software: Pardot, SFDC, Ad Platforms (Google and Facebook), and analytics tools, etc.
  • A demonstrated ability to work cros-functionally and with 3rd party agencies
  • A good balance of creative, analytical, and operational thinking.
  • Strong project management and communications skills and the ability to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • An ability to take ownership & have a high level of accountability, but is comfortable building ideas collaboratively & taking feedback.

  • Sales Accepted Opportunity Attainment
  • Pipeline Creation: MQL attainment and pipe to spend for campaign activity
  • Average time to close and ASP for campaign activity: programmatic, partner, cus-tomer and Account Based Marketing 
  • Closed/ Won bookings
