We are on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Events and Community Marketing Manager to join our passionate Marketing team. If you are an enthusiastic individual with a knack for curating unforgettable events, nurturing robust community relationships, and elevating customer engagement, we want you on our team. This role calls for a blend of strategic vision, impeccable organizational prowess, and an in-depth understanding of events marketing and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Events Maestro:

  • Strategize, organize, and flawlessly execute a spectrum of events in alignment with our company's objectives and tailored to captivate our target audience.
  • Spearhead trade show management, encompassing sponsorship coordination, booth management, working with vendors, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth orchestration of events that leave a lasting impact.
  • Supervise the creation, distribution, and maintenance of company-branded collateral and promotional items.

Community Cultivator:

  • Cultivate and nurture a thriving and engaged community of customers and partners.
  • Devise and implement innovative community programs designed to foster networking, knowledge sharing, and meaningful collaboration.

Customer Council Champion:

  • Establish and adeptly manage customer advisory councils, facilitating invaluable dialogue between our customers and our company.
  • Harness insights gleaned from these councils to steer our product development roadmap, refine marketing strategies, and shape pivotal business decisions.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Drive initiatives that amplify the voices of our satisfied customers, turning their experiences into powerful case studies and testimonials.
  • Identify and nurture customer advocates who can authentically champion our brand.

Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets for conferences, events, community programs and collateral.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in events/community marketing.
  • Proven track record in the realms of events marketing and community management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, allowing you to effortlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining laser-focused priorities.
  • Experience crafting and executing customer engagement strategies, including customer councils and advocacy programs.
  • Adeptness in leveraging analytics to meticulously gauge the success and impact of programs.
  • A creative visionary with an unwavering eye for detail and an innate passion for crafting memorable experiences.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in fast-paced environments while gracefully navigating shifting priorities.
  • Stellar communication skills that empower you to collaborate seamlessly across teams, driving triumph in every endeavor.
  • Bonus points for SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience.
