Who you are

InMarket is seeking a Web Digital Strategist to manage InMarket’s digital presence strategy. As a Web Digital Strategist at InMarket, you will maintain and update the InMarket website, ensuring brand consistency and positioning. You will also be responsible for managing and executing InMarket’s SEO strategy, including testing and analysis, to increase brand awareness and drive sales leads. You will support the execution of various other digital-based marketing initiatives, including both social and paid media optimizations. In addition, you will manage paid media metrics tracking, monitoring lead development and assisting on InMarket’s paid media strategy.

Your daily Impact as a Web Digital Strategist:

  • Build and maintain website pages using a variety of technologies, including WordPress, Hubspot, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (current host is Wordpress). Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
  • Manage external web development, paid media SEO vendor relationships, including communicating collateral updates, budget changes, and strategy decisions.
  • Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement, such as user experience, load times, and bounce rates.
  • Ensure website design and development is responsive and mobile-friendly.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with our business objectives and drive traffic to content and website pages.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build and execute marketing campaigns across social media channels.
  • Write and design marketing images, ads, and campaigns, maintaining InMarket’s voice.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies, including AdWords, partner ROS, content syndication, and content amplification to drive traffic to our website.
  • Assist with informing critical business decisions by compiling, pulling and analyzing metrics and publishing reports about the InMarket website, email campaigns and social media activity.

Experience Expertise

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Knowledge and ability to use WordPress, Hubspot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as other digital technologies
  • Knowledge and ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects on tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Effective communication and project management skills

Nice to Have’s

  • B.A. or B.S. in marketing or appropriate equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
