Overview

Centrifuge is a fast growing DeFi project with the big mission to bring real-world finance and DeFi together, unlocking economic opportunity for all. We are looking for an enthusiastic digital brand marketing and content designer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is excited about web3 and wants to explain it to our audience in an engaging and clear way through animations, videos, infographics, graphic designs and charts. Crypto is obscure to those not familiar with it â your role is to make our projects understandable, tangible and engaging for the community.

Responsibilities

Develop & codify the Centrifuge brand identity through design principles, illustration style, color guidance, typography, etc
Develop illustrations of concepts, graphics (static and animated), and layouts for all front-facing collateral such as blogs, tweets, community events, investor decks, presenter decks, and more
Work closely with the product team to develop compelling and simple visual graphics (infographics) explaining our technology and infrastructure
Understand our target audiences and deliver content that resonates with them
Visualize complex data in simple yet meaningful ways. Examples include TVL comparisons, Pool Stats, Protocol Health, etc
Create fun explainer vector illustrations, infographics, motion graphics to educate internal and external audiences
Develop video content - from short-form educational videos to product explainers and brand-led pieces

Skills weâre looking for

Ability to work with a fast changing environment
Iterative worker, with a get stuff done mindset
Open to feedback with a strong collaborative mindset
Ability to create compelling visuals while upholding the aesthetic and story of the brand
Proven track record of visually explaining complex matters in a simple way
Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills
Portfolio with previous video experience is a big plus

Experience with

Brand identity work and visual design systems
Extensive experience in Figma, Adobe Illustrator/inDesign, or similar vector design tools
Motion design experience with Adobe After Effects / Premiere ProVideo editing experience is not a requirement but a plus
Web3 + Crypto experience is also a big plus
