Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will play an instrumental role in building our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement and drive social campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and campaigns, including content creation, planning, scheduling, and optimization.
• Create and manage a high volume of daily social media posts for social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Engage with our Orange Comet communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Interact with followers, partners, and fans to build meaningful relationships
• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Agorapulse, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence, engagement rate, SEO, and traffic performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
• Identify and suggest new opportunities for engagement and execute new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, events, and competitions
• Performing other duties when needed.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Web3 gaming, the crypto, and blockchain industry, staying informed about the latest trends and developments.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and how they can be used to achieve business goals.
• Proven experience using various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media strategies.
• Experience managing and growing social media channels in the Web3 or gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging copy and content
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working on other competitive games is a plus.
• Experience streaming competitive games is a plus.

The US base salary range for a full-time position is $50,000- $80,0000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
