PPC Manager

Mate academy is an EdTech startup training people to code and get their first job in tech. Students learn for free until they get a job in tech, paying a percentage from their salary thereafter (a.k.a Income share agreement). We have place 2500+ students thus far with 90% success rate Our mission is to train 1M software engineers around the globe , by - inter alia - expanding Mate's operations in Poland.

Your responsibilities:

• Regular search ads optimization and scaling.
• Implementation of remarketing strategies in Google and Facebook Ads.
• Analyses and optimization of Facebook Ads.
• Analyses of ads based on CRM data.

Our requirements:

• At least 1.5  years of commercial experience with Google Ads.
• At least 1.5  years of commercial experience with Facebook Ads.
• Completed certified Google Ads courses.
• Google Analytics proficiency (goals, reports, segments).
• Google Spreadsheet and Excel proficiency (data consolidation, non-trivial calculations).
• Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager proficiency.
• Good writing skills.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
