About the role

As a Sales Director, you will partner with the core sales team to bring your relationships to the table. Collaborating with brands directly (and supporting agencies) to evangelize InMarket’s CPA product suite.

Your daily impact as a Sales Director, Performance Media

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to position the InMarket offering to world class agencies
  • Advice on positioning for individual meetings and collaborate with direct sellers
  • Opening doors/creating brand level discusses for individual sellers
  • Own the Agency Partnerships vertical
  • Currently hold and continue development of key relationships across top agencies.
  • Interest and ability to speak at events and evangelize InMarket as a thought leader

Your experience and expertise

  • 3 - 4 years' experience in Performance Media and an expert in either Paid Social or Programmatic and strong track record in execution and implementation of successful digital strategies
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in client management and an exceptional ability to hold your own throughout your day to day dealings
  • Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales strategy and current competitive environment
  • Past experience in a sales or sales-related position
  • Leadership experience work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Interest and ability to speak at events and evangelize InMarket as a thought leader

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $154,050 - $217,225.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
