Role: Social Media Manager


We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our central marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the best social media strategy and tactics across all social channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to align social media activities with global content calendar and business objectives.

You will work closely with senior content marketers, the design team, digital marketers, event specialists, an employer brand specialist, and marketers dedicated to our service lines and the global marketing community. What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the best social media strategy and tactics across all social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Set social media KPIs in line with business and marketing objectives.
  • Create, implement and manage the social media calendar in alignment with the global content calendar and business objectives.
  • Develop social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation in collaboration with the performance marketer.
  • Work closely with the content and digital marketers to ensure the delivery of the best content across all social media channels.
  • Drive community engagement and strengthen consumer relations.
  • Draft and implement global social media guidelines.
  • Build close relationships with our key stakeholders at social media platforms.
  • Create a collaboration framework for the matrix organizational environment (freedom within a framework).
  • Introduce social advocacy approach and tactics.
  • Own the social media reporting, and proactively share management reports with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the wider social media and marketing teams.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 4+ years of extensive social media experience with a focus on leading organic growth and engagement. Paid knowledge is a big plus.
  • Experience in the professional services sector (B2B). Experience within the IT consulting sector is a plus.
  • Track record of developing and executing social media strategy for a global organization from scratch.
  • Experience setting and tracking KPIs for social media campaigns, and reporting on performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experienced with social media analytics, translating social data and insights into actionable strategies that inform business goals.
  • Solid knowledge of social media tooling
