Director, Demand Generation

Position Overview

We are looking for a Director, Demand Generation to join our Marketing team! You will play an integral role in the growth of Catalyst, owning our demand gen strategy and partnering with the broader GTM team to execute on it. You will report directly to Catalyst’s VP of Marketing, and will focus on pipeline growth via integrated campaigns, inbound marketing, lead nurturing and account-based marketing. What You’ll Do

• Experiment with integrated marketing strategies to grow our pipeline and engage & nurture prospects 
• Utilize data to make well-informed business decisions, balancing thoughtfulness with expediency 
• Provide ongoing coaching & mentorship to the members of the Demand Gen team
• Monitor demand generation trends (leads, account penetration, pipeline, etc.) and report to leadership and GTM teams on findings, as well as provide recommended actions 
• Partner with both the broader Marketing team and with cross-functional departments (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure alignment between broader objectives and goals

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a demand gen leader, specifically within B2B SaaS companies similar to Catalyst’s size and stage 
• Dedicated experience owning business outcomes for Marketing, and demonstrated success in driving initiatives to meet and surpass these numbers
• Adaptability, and comfort working within a fast-paced environment
• Creativity, innovation, and a love of experimentation

Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this position is $166,000 - $215,000 USD. Additionally, we offer a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and location.
