As a Growth Marketing Analyst on the Paid Social team, you’ll play an integral role in establishing a multi-million dollar marketing channel that has a direct impact on SeatGeek’s overall user revenue growth. You will use both creativity and analytical skills to develop innovative growth marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing analysts, product managers data scientists; and you will demonstrate the value of these strategies through data-based analysis and a rigorous, fact-based approach. You’ll report to our Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social Programmatic.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with our full stack account team and Paid Social Manager to execute enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Manage and report on day-to-day performance to ensure that we are spending efficiently and responsibly
  • Develop execute experiments A/B tests that evolve our targeting, creative, copy, and landing page strategies
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to diagnose performance

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running performance advertising programs on Facebook, YouTube and DSPs/programmatic buying platforms
  • Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SQL or Looker/Tableau/reporting visualization a plus
  • A love for being scrappy and gritty. You have an experimental mindset and a passion for learning. You thrive in high-tempo environments with quick iteration cycles. You’re impact-driven and will grind away at a problem until you get what you want

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$85,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
