Olo is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to use multiple marketing channels to promote Olo’s value and increase revenue. You will be a mix of analytical and creative, with experience of omni-channel strategies and best practices. You will take marketing campaign strategies and bring them to life with execution. You will work with the content, product marketing and marketing operations team in Marketing and contractors and vendors to launch or increase campaigns on time and on budget.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Demand Generation, you will manage channels such as paid social, Google AdWords, website CRO, digital advertising, intent data, webinars, content syndication and email marketing channels to deliver a cohesive marketing message to our audience.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also have the responsibility of creating and sharing accurate reports on ROI of Olo’s marketing campaigns to demonstrate effectiveness.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, Website CRO, and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with and support demand generation manager campaign briefs and strategy with execution tactics of campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, paid media, digital advertising, social media, website performance and other digital channels.
  • Ensure channel activation prioritizes account-based marketing strategy
  • Partner with the marketing team our social media presence and performance
  • Partner with content team on SEO best practices, strategy and execution
  • Identify insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Create chatbot playbooks
  • Brainstorm creative digital growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with our teams to create landing pages and increase user experience
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to create campaigns
  • Evaluate new technologies. Provide expertise and perspective for adoption

What We'll Expect From You

  • 5+ years experience in Demand Generation or digital management role
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Successful account based marketing execution
  • Proven success in building highly complex email nurture campaigns to convert leads through funnel
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of how to capture “dark funnel” prospects
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Collaborate with marketing team and other stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns that yield revenue
