ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own our paid acquisition channels and conversion optimization activities on key landing pages. You'll be responsible for end-to-end funnel management for our current paid programs as well as explore new paid acquisition channels. With a 7-figure acquisition budget and as an early member of the marketing team, you'll have the ability to make a huge impact. Your work will help families all over North America (and soon the United Kingdom) find care for their loved ones.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You're analytical and data oriented. You're comfortable getting in the weeds and quantitatively understanding what's working and what's not. Bonus points if you can do this through SQL.
  • You're experimental. You thrive on testing, learning and iterating.
  • You're creative. You know that ad copy and visual assets are key differentiators in competitive spaces. Bonus points if you have graphic design experience.
  • You have an ownership mindset. You understand what needs to be done and can set out a plan and execute autonomously.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with Design, Product, Marketing and Engineering to drive growth in our paid channels
  • Manage our paid acquisition funnel from ad creation and targeting to landing pages - all with the goal of driving users and subscriptions
  • Develop experimentation roadmap for ad copy, keywords, bidding, landing pages to drive increase user acquisition
  • Optimize the conversion rates of key pages such as the upgrade page and paid landing pages
  • Understand the quantitive impact of your work through metrics like CAC, Payback Periods, and LTV.
 
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Every company is different when it comes to how the interview process works - here’s what you can expect at CareGuide.

  • Stage 1: 30 minute phone interview with the Marketing Lead
  • Stage 2: 1 hour video interview with a presentation on a take-home assignment with the Marketing Lead and COO
  • Stage 3: 30 minute interview with one or two members of the team you haven’t met so we can learn more about you and you about us

You can expect the entire interview process to take around 3 hours - 2 hours allotted for meetings and an estimated 1 hour for the assignment.**
