Sr. Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned and savvy paid media marketer who is excited to join a world class paid marketing team and help accelerate the growth of the leading platform for knowledge entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be the key player in meeting our goals across the Paid Media campaigns. To be successful in this position, you must have strong experience in Paid Search and other media channels, excellent Excel skills and ability to use data to inform and lead performance across your channels. We offer a flexible working schedule and are open to remote and local applicants.

• Create, optimize, and grow our Evergreen PPC campaigns to drive traffic, trials and subscriber growth from Google, Microsoft Bing, and other search engines

• Monitor performance of your campaigns daily to ensure proper pacing and performance, focused on data-driven decision making, ROAs, and driving growth across all platforms; experience evaluating weekly and monthly trends, proactively planning budget and COGS is a huge plus

• Participate in creation and execution of paid media strategy that not only deliver leads, trials and customers efficiently, but does so in a way that builds our brand and helps to shape Kajabi's place in the world

• Constantly create new opportunities for high ROI investment through optimization, aggressive testing, innovation and channel expansion that pushes the efficiency curve to new boundaries as it specifically relates to your channels

• Have a talent for proactive problem solving across the digital landscape that help us know our customer and speak to them at the right time in their journey

Attributes for Success

We are looking for a team player with a growth mindset. Someone who can bring the expertise to make us really good and the deep curiosity required to help us become truly great. You'll likely be a great candidate if the following traits and experiences really resonate:

• You have 3-5+ years experience across top ad platforms and are able to contribute your expertise on day one

• You are serious about putting customers in front

• You know ROI driven paid marketing inside and out, and have the record to prove it

• You've had experience with lead funnels, subscription businesses and putting data at the center of execution

• You know that brand is also a part of Performance Marketing

• Excel is your best friend on the job, and you can leverage it to analyze large data sets with functions like sorting, filtering, vlookup, concatenations and pivot tables

The salary range for this US-based role is $77k-$102k + bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
