about the growth marketing manager role:

the growth marketing manager at soona will build and scale outbound outreach, B2B partnerships and affiliate programs to drive quality demand generation. we’re looking for someone who has experience in not only creating new initiatives, but also managing the day-to-day operations.

this is a full time, remote or hybrid position that will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth and Strategy. our timeline to hire for this position is February 2023.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studios give customers a playground for creating their content and our online platform makes it possible for any product company in the world to experience a remote shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

soona is currently supporting a remote work environment for this role; however, we are currently looking to hire in these states only: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington with requirements to be able to work in mst or cst time zones. for flex hybrid work environments, we also have office spaces in Denver, Colorado + Minneapolis, Minnesota, if that’s your thing.

Requirements

an ideal candidate:

  • has a robust track record on building long-lasting relationships and programs in the SaaS and B2B space
  • is exceptional at taking new initiatives and scaling them from the ground up with full autonomy
  • an expert at prioritizing multiple projects based on maximizing revenue impact
  • has strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • understands how to implement strategies and tactics throughout the customer journey to grow and convert leads
  • is a great cross-functional partner with our content, sales, lifecycle and events team to build cohesive programs
  • is a data nerd at heart with the ability to manage KPIs, build dashboards in partnership with the analytics team and report out the “so-whats” to key stakeholders
  • is comfortable working closely with finance to provide forecasts and managing cost within the budget guidelines of the company
  • is fluent in CAC, LTV, payback period, and other unit economic terms
  • loves brands and is passionate about helping other brands grow

has experience in:

  • SaaS marketing directly to SMBs and brands, 4+ years preferred
  • overseeing strategy and execution across B2B partnerships, affiliate, outbound email and demand generation
  • negotiating and building relationships with partners that provide value to both parties
  • working closely with content, sales and event teams on creating a lead engine
  • building email campaigns and tailored, outreach programs that drive high impact
  • creating lead lists from third party sources
  • extracting and pipelining data through a CRM
  • understanding promotional strategies and how to effectively implement them
  • using tools such as HubSpot, Looker and Impact Radius (preferred)
