As Senior Manager, Content you will lead and scale Ada's content marketing strategy. Managing a team of two and working cross-functionally, you will define our content campaign structure, develop and manage the editorial calendars based on our campaign and product plans, and then act as the gatekeeper for all content.

This is a management role at Ada, which means we need someone who is able to set up processes, define ways of working, and set a new bar for what the content experience can and should be for prospects and clients.

About You:

  • 8+ years experience in content design/strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS setting
  • Experience managing a team of talented content marketers
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically to deliver business results
  • Solid understanding of conversion optimization, SEO best practices, growth marketing, and principles of experimentation across the marketing funnel
  • Journalistic approach to content marketing and user-centric approach to designing content
  • Comfortable dealing with complexity, multiple partners, and balancing the needs of both customers and the business
  • Proven experience creating compelling and exciting messages that help Ada differentiate from competitors

Outcomes:

  • Work cross-functionally the editorial calendar on a quarterly basis to ensure on-time content delivery
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and other social media analytics tools
  • Measure the impact of our content initiatives including influence on audience growth, customer acquisition, and conversions
  • Interact with content specialists, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent messaging
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers and videographers to scale our content efforts when necessary
  • Establish and develop good relationships with external partners, customers and thought leaders
  • Produce high-quality digital collaterals to highlight Ada messaging: eBooks, infographics, podcasts, webinars, videos, white papers, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, survey reports and web copy
  • Utilize all applicable content formats to share a unique content experience to prospects and customers.
  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our Brands tone and mission; write clean, concise, well-polished copy
  • Ensure content's alignment with the brand's tone of voice and style guide, produce and/or provide guidelines to external publishers for native content creation
  • Act as the gatekeeper for all content assets that come out of Ada

The expected salary range for this position is $105,750 to $141,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
