Paid Media Specialist (WFH)

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing all paid search and social media campaign advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience across search, social, display/video, with a strong analytical background.

What you would be doing at Expressable

• Design, launch, and manage paid search and social media campaigns to drive qualified leads and support Expressable’s growth initiatives
• Rapidly iterate and experiment all campaigns with a “test-and-learn” mentality to optimize performance (creative, copy, budget, strategy, etc)
• Own all paid media analytics, including reporting and analyzing campaign performance, as well as setting and tracking channel specific goals
• Work cross-functionality with the broader marketing team to develop landing pages, campaign creative, and other media assets to drive conversion rate optimization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical teams to ensure all paid media efforts align with broader integrated digital marketing strategies
• Manage budgets and bids for multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, and other social channels
• Research and recommend additional strategies and channel opportunities to expand Expressable’s digital reach
• Keep pace with search and social industry trends, best practices and developments

What you bring to Expressable

• More than five years of Paid Search and Paid Social experience
• Expert knowledge in Google Ads Bing Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other social media marketing tools
• Competency in Google Suite and demonstrated ability to independently master new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with a fully remote team
