Performance Marketing Manager

About In Good Taste:

In Good Taste was started in Sonoma County with a goal of providing high quality wines in beautiful 187ml glass bottles to customers across the United States. Since we launched our eCommerce site two years ago, we have sold 2 million bottles and hosted thousands of private and corporate tasting events.

About the Performance Marketing Manager:

The Performance Marketing Manager will report directly to the CRO to lead strategy, execution, analysis and optimization of IGT's marketing and communication channels. You will be responsible for the top of the marketing funnel to drive awareness and visitors to our website. You will be responsible for deploying ad dollars and maximizing profitable returns.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create, manage, analyze, and adjust our digital marketing strategy

• Lead development of audience retention strategy, journeys and tactics

• Lead management of digital media process from planning, budgeting, strategy, promotion.
• Set up, manage, and optimize all digital media campaigns and programs, including budget management and campaign performance Including, but not limited to SEM, programmatic and social
• Manage copywriting for ad campaigns and website landing pages, utilizing full-time and part-time resources as well as contributing your own copy samples when necessary to provide direction to others
• Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations to enhance overall campaign performance (including budget recommendations)
• Create Email and SMS campaigns for all stages of the customer journey
• Manage promotional calendar and activity plan across all digital D2C channels.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance

About You

• You have a holistic marketing experience, including but not limited to brand marketing, product marketing, communications, content and SEO strategy, social media, demand generation, and performance marketing
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience with a brand that has generated $5mm+ per year in sales  

• Proven experience deploying ad dollars profitably through DTC channels
• A keen understanding and passion for Brand (Product Marketing, Brand, and Content)
• Proven experience within the eCommerce, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer space
• Experience running SMS and email marketing campaigns through Klayvio
• Early adopter and problem solver for digital platforms, you are comfortable exploring new tools and platforms and adapting to process improvements.

• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, and balance a portfolio of projects
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for design
