We are looking for a Digital Account Manager with the skills and enthusiasm to manage an account for a world-famous sports league with unparalleled attention to detail, a deep understanding of their strategy and the drive to learn all facets of the services we provide

Storyteller is a new B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue. For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost. Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

We work with globally-recognised clients in US TV and Sports industries. Every day we produce work that is innovative, challenging, and enjoyed by millions of people!

RESPONSIBILITIES

What can you expect?

You will be responsible for the accurate delivery and client satisfaction of the services and products we provide for a major, US-based sports league
Reporting to and work with the Chief Delivery Officer, input and support other team members and work autonomously
Gaining a deep understanding of the Storyteller product and how our client uses it
Learning and understanding the different processes and skilled work other teams provide for the account you’ll be managing to drive improvements as well as prompt and high-quality delivery
Reviewing and providing feedback on creative and operational deliveries to ensure top quality service for the client
Liaising with managers to ensure sufficient coverage for the various services
Communicating daily with the client to understand requirements, process any feedback, set priorities and solve problems, via calls, Slack and email
Becoming an expert in our client’s sport, league, history and teams
Identifying opportunities for adding value and offering new services to the client
Serving as a team leader with a strong focus on performance, insights and process

QUALIFICATIONS

What's important to us:

Account management experience in a creative or digital agency, at a SaaS company or in a startup
Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly with clients
The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively
Strong organisational skills, unparalleled attention to detail and time management
Experience liaising and developing relationships with clients
Strong creative eye for design and storytelling
High level of expertise with collaborative tools for managing workflows and processes (e.g. Airtable, Monday.com, or similar)
Aptitude for learning creative and technical processes, and digital platforms
Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines

SALARY

£35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Permanent / Full time. Either in our Edinburgh office or remote within the UK.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Firstly, you will be invited for a 30-minute pre-interview via Zoom. We usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for changing your job, as well as provide you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

Secondly, we will invite you to a second interview (60 minutes via Zoom) with Andy, Chief Delivery Officer. During the meeting, Andy, will find out more about your capabilities plus anything not covered in the pre-interview, and at the same time answers all your questions.

After the interview, you may be given a short test to evaluate your expertise and creativity.
