We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in high-growth tech companies.
Oversee and optimize the usage of marketing technologies, with a primary focus on HubSpot and Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms.
Other tools include ChiliPiper, Outreach, StoreLeads, Insycle and Splash
Generate actionable insights through data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.
Implement data management best practices to ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing data.
Campaign Execution and Automation:
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and automate campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Own lead nurturing processes to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Develop and maintain regular reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
Work closely with Demand Generation and BDR leadership to analyze and continually improve the marketing funnel
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
Proficient in using HubSpot and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing automation.
Solid understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting.
Proven experience in optimizing marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work remote-first in a rapidly scaling organization
